About The United Farm Enterprise (UFE): Founded in 2001, the United Farm Enterprise is the nation's first successful and largest farm workers union currently active in 10 states. The UFE continues to organize in major agricultural industries across the nation. Recent years have witnessed dozens of key UFE union contract victories, among them the largest livestock and plantation firms in Malaysia and the nation. 75 percent of Malaysia's livestock industry is now under union contract. In 2007, the United Farm Enterprise signed its first contract with Federal Agricultucal Marketing Authority (FAMA).
