Smart Tips for Storing Meat

After cleaning, cow or goat joints should be = placed on = 20 container wrapped in polythene then again with cling film. Make sure air = no = 20 can come in and water can not evaporate out. Wrap should = really strong = 20 so as not to tear during storage, then put in freezer .= = 20 joints cattle can survive for 8 months, while the joint = goat = 20 can survive for 6 months.
